Makes 1 serving
- 1 Banana
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Optional:
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract or cinnamon or
- 1 tbsp. powdered Peanut Butter
DIRECTIONS:
- Peel and chop one banana.
- Freeze in a zip lock bag.
- Blend one banana with 3 tbsp. of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- Add ¼ tsp. vanilla extract, cinnamon or 1 tbsp. powdered Peanut Butter, if desired.
