Makes 1 serving

  • 1 Banana
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Optional:
    • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract or cinnamon or
    • 1 tbsp. powdered Peanut Butter

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Peel and chop one banana.
  • Freeze in a zip lock bag.
  • Blend one banana with 3 tbsp. of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • Add ¼ tsp. vanilla extract, cinnamon or 1 tbsp. powdered Peanut Butter, if desired.
