Ingredients:

  • ½ inch ginger raw root, sliced
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon date syrup (just dates)

 

Directions:

  1. Boil hot water.

 

  1. Steep ginger and cinnamon stick in a glass infuser tea pot or directly into a mug (covered) for about 10-15 minutes.

 

  1. Add optional date syrup for a sweeter taste.
